PRINTING This technique is widely used for large-scale production of single or multi-colour prints, because it is cheap but high quality.
It involves the use of a frame, or a frame, inside which is inserted a permeable fabric of silk or nylon. which allows the ink to be transferred directly onto the head.

It can be applied to the vast majority of materials: cotton, polyester, denim, pvc,... and can be printed both garments and gadgets and accessories, such as hats, bags, document holders,...

- We can print logos in up to five colours using screen printing.
- The shading, very fine lines, too elaborate images will be simplified or slightly modified.
- The printing plant has a cost which is only to be paid for the first time.
- The file must be sent in vector format but, if necessary, the production service can be requested from our graphic office.
- The logo can be printed on all areas of the garment (sleeves, shoulders, chest,...), provided that there are no impediments due to seams, zip or other bulky applications.
- Depending on the printing position, a different size is adopted and reproduced on all garments, taking as reference the smallest size of the supply.
- The resistance to washing is guaranteed up to 30° and in any case according to the indications contained on the label of the garment.
- Cannot be made on nylon
Embroidery
Whether it is made directly on the garment, or on a patch, embroidery is definitely the technique that best enhances a company logo and the most durable.
From the graphic file, a professional software realizes the punching, that is to say the transformation of digital pixels into embroidery points.
This is reviewed and corrected by the embroiderer, before being transferred to the machine that will reproduce it on the garment.

It is the most suitable technique of personalization for work clothes.
Embroidery is recommended when you want to embellish a work garment, giving greater value to your company logo.
The embroidery guarantees durability and resistance to washing that is unmatched in the field of customization.
The wide range of yarn shades, which also includes laminates and fluo colors, allows you to always find the one that is closest to the colors that identify your company.
We can embroider up to 12 flat tones and, even if you cannot reproduce shades, the color combination will still give a surprising visual result.
It can be applied to the vast majority of fabrics, either through a direct embroidery or by applying a patch.
Can also be performed on hats.

– Il logo può essere ricamato su diverse zone del capo (manica, spalle, petto,…), purché non sorgano impedimenti dovuti a cuciture, zip, tasche o ad altre applicazioni ingombranti che ostacolino una corretta intelaiatura.
– In base alla posizione di ricamo viene adottata una dimensione differente che viene riprodotta su tutti i capi, prendendo come riferimento la taglia più piccola della fornitura.
– Sconsigliato su tessuti molto leggeri e capi in nylon
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing allows you to print or carve a medium that will be applied to the fabric through a press at very high temperature.
It embraces different techniques that are evolving over time. These include the colorprint, the videoflex and the innovative DTF that allows to reproduce on the garments even very elaborate images without this implies the creation of an unaesthetic white background
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE IT
With digital printing, you can reproduce any type of logo, which will remain true to the original, respecting tones, shades and shapes. Our technical department will choose the most suitable technique to guarantee maximum aesthetic performance.
There are no installation costs and therefore can be requested even for very small quantities.
