TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The website www.gmjob.it is owned by Gm Job srls, located in Catania, P.zza dei Martiri, 25, and all transactions carried out through it imply acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

ORDERS

  • The user can access the website and browse it in compliance with the general terms of use to view the items offered for sale.  
  • Purchases can be made either by registering or as a "non-registered" user. In both cases, the user must provide some personal data through a specific form, which will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations, during the order confirmation phase.
  • Orders will be placed using the shopping cart, where the customer can add items of interest only after reviewing their features, including through the technical sheets. These orders can be canceled or modified until the order is submitted. 
  • Although the items are presented and described clearly, their exact color match cannot be guaranteed as it may be altered by the customer’s computer equipment.
  • Before confirming the order, the customer is required to verify its accuracy in the summary page.

ORDERS FOR CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS

  • If the customer wishes to place an order for customized items, they must communicate this through the "REQUEST A QUOTE" form, via email to shop@gmjob.it, or by using the WhatsApp link "CHAT WITH US." Regardless of the communication method used, the customization request and the related file must be submitted before finalizing the order. This allows for the confirmation of feasibility and the preparation of a quotation, as customization costs are not included in the sale price displayed on the website.
  • Setup costs may be applied for the first supply of customized clothing, which will be communicated to the customer during the quotation phase. These costs will not be applied to subsequent orders if the customization involves the same logo.
  • After confirming the feasibility and approving the quotation, the customer can place the order. The process can be completed using the shopping cart, but the customer must select the "CUSTOM ORDER-PAY LATER" option under payment methods, or it can be finalized via email.
  •  After the payment has been made, the customer will receive a graphic draft via email, which must be approved in writing.

GRAPHIC CUSTOMIZATIONS 

  • By approving the graphic draft, the customer authorizes the customization of the purchased items and waives the right to request any further modifications. The customer approves the type, placement, colors, dimensions, and spelling of the content.
  • The customer should be aware that the graphic reproduction may not accurately reflect the proportions of the logo on the garment and/or the colors used for customization, as these may be distorted by the customer's computer equipment.
  • By submitting a file or logo, the customer declares that they are authorized to use it, releasing the seller from any liability in the event of copyright infringement. 
  • A customization request may be rejected if it clearly violates property rights or if its content is violent, defamatory, or contrary to the company's ethics.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment must be made in advance, before the order is shipped and, in the case of customized items, before the graphic draft is processed. 
  • The accepted payment methods are:

Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided via email within the order confirmation. The order will be processed only after the amount has been credited to the bank account, even if a copy of the payment receipt is provided. The time between the order confirmation and the execution of the payment must not exceed 7 business days; otherwise, the order will be canceled. The payment reference must include the buyer’s name and surname or company name, as well as the order number and date.

Credit card: This will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing institution. In case of non-approval, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by it.

PayPal: The transaction will occur on an external server and will be governed by the regulations in place on that platform.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs will be indicated in the cart and can be viewed before the order is submitted.
  • Before confirming the order, it is possible to enter a different delivery address. Changes or corrections to an incorrect address can only be communicated until the order is marked as shipped.  
  • Shipments will be made within 7 business days from the date of the order for non-customized items. For customized items, delivery times will be communicated during the quotation phase, based on the quantities and type of customization.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

  • Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the items.
  • The shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received, we will verify that the products have not been worn, altered, and are intact. Only in this case will a refund of the returned items' price be processed, using the same payment method that was originally used. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Customized items cannot be returned. 
  • If the return is the result of a claim, it must be preceded by an email containing photographic evidence showing the discrepancies and/or defects. If authorized, the return will be arranged at no cost to the customer. The replacement or full refund can then be agreed upon.
